Productivity Cloud
For each customer, SFP customizes a productivity cloud portal to manager user access to their applications. The cloud is hosted by SFP as an internet cloud. Customers do not need to incur technology costs to maintain computer servers. If desired, the cloud could be installed within a customer’s network as an intranet cloud to improve processing speed and provide additional security.
For each productivity application:
- SFP customizes the data exchanges from and to different ERP applications.
- SFP provides implementation guidance on accounting and finance practices.
- SFP offers training to customer staff.
- SFP provides application support for user questions.
